Southern Wind 93 has come to GTE Ltd. for refit.
Items on the list include:
Replace the main engine for a new Cummins QSL9, including replacing the shaft, seal and exhaust hosing
Replace the generator
Upgrade the air conditioning with modern inverter chillers and high-efficiency fan coils
New B&G H5000 electronics throughout
Replace all hydraulic hosing
Refurbish all hatches and seals
All seacock to be replaced or refurbished
All motors or pump refurbished and serviced
Main sheet traveller replaced
Cockpit resprayed and teak decking replaced
New KVH satcoms
New Fusion stereo system for all cabins
